Meet Everly
My sweet pea, Everly Marie, was welcomed into the world on 2/20/2014. Five days after her birth, she was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, a life-limiting genetic condition. We chose to spend the following 11 months 6 days celebrating each day with our girl.
